DESIGNING Step 1

Creating artwork per customer requirements, obtaining approval, and submitting a prototype.
BUDGET Step 2

Calculating costs, detailing specifications such as board, color, lamination, UV, and other special effects, and finalizing the cost with the customer.
PLANNING Step 3

Planning for paper, board, film, and other raw materials, and estimating the delivery date.
PRINTING Step 4

Scheduling the printing date, obtaining printing approval for new artwork, and proceeding with bulk printing.
ADD ON EFFECTS Step 5

Applying lamination, varnish coating, and flute lamination; adding foils, drip-off, spot UV, nurling, and other special effects per customer requirements; performing scoring, embossing, and window patching; and completing 4-corner, 6-corner, and lock-bottom pasting.
PACKING AND DISPATCH Step 6

Packing as per the requirement, submitting packing information to the customer, arranging logistics for door delivery, and generating the invoice and Eway bill for dispatch.
